Dixon Construction, Inc., established in 1981 and ARC Contractors, Inc., established in 1988, have provided a variety of construction services throughout Western Pennsylvania in the last nineteen years. Concentrating on the renovations and additions to existing educational facilities coordinating multiple prime contractors.
Robert C. Dixon, President of Dixon Construction, Inc. acts as Job Superintendent on every project. David R. Dixon, Treasurer, and Paul A. Dixon, Secretary, both assist as Field Superintendents at an assigned site. Each of these officers have been actively involved in construction before the founding of the company in 1980. Joining them in 1988, Tom Pattison acts as the Project Manager on every project and became Vice President of the corporation in February 2000.
Our company is composed of highly skilled individuals who pride themselves in the ability to develop relationships with clients and their associates and to successfully complete projects of the highest quality.
Honesty, integrity and professionalism are the foundation of the corporations. Thus, each of our employees are required to obtain an Act 34 Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check and an Act 151 Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance.
As the Lead Contractor, it is our responsibility to insure detailed coordination and adherence to the construction schedule between all Prime Contractors and Subcontractors.
